Journey of the Hearts
The Celebrities of Goodness (COG) was born three decades ago from the heartfelt vision of its Founders, Shri. Wilson Cyril, Shri. Retnan, Shri. Sabu, and Shri. Manoharan. Their dreams were to create a conscious and refined community that would nurture enduring Human Bonding and Harmony across the Globe. From this emotional flow of the heart emerged a movement — intelligently leading humanity toward the natural process of Peace, the foundational element of happy living.
Celebrities Born
When Shri. Cyril shared this solemn idea, four of his close friends — Shri. Retnan, Shri. Sabu, and Shri. Manoharan — joined hands with him. Together, they crystallized the vision into the formation of an elite institution: Celebrities of Goodness (COG), established in 1994 with the conviction to promote Human Bonding, Harmony, and Peace. Soon, stalwarts from the province of Cochin embraced the principles of COG, creating a close-knit and wonderful community that thrived on fellowship and shared values.
Class is Created
Members of COG are collectively known as Celebrities — not for fame, but because they celebrate life through Wisdom, Righteousness, and Inter-Bonding. Their commitment to Harmony and Belonging elevated the community into a solemn fellowship, enriched with Dignity and Social Stature.
Distinct Identity & Functioning
From the very beginning, COG stood apart. Its refined ideals attracted distinguished individuals from across India and abroad. As the vision expanded, Chapters began opening in different provinces and countries, extending the reach of peace and fellowship. For many years, COG’s activities remained quiet yet impactful, until the time came to share its mission more widely.
Revamping Period – 2014
The year 2014 marked a new dawn. The Founders revitalized COG with defined structures and activities, transforming it into a truly International Organization. Thus, the Celebrities of Goodness – International Foundation (COG-IF) was born, with a renewed mission to strengthen member bonding and share its wisdom with society at large. New set of Constitution and Bylaws were formulated (constitution) , and the lead Chapter — COG-IF Willington Chapter — was established, where many Founder Members continue to serve with distinction.
Reimagining Period – 2026
Building on the 2014 revival, the year 2026 ushered in a Reimagining Period. The High Command, the highest policy-making body of COG-IF, recognized the urgent need to increase public presence and consciousness. In a world challenged by war and conflict, COG-IF reaffirmed its role as a beacon of Peace and Harmony. As part of this Vision, the official COG-IF website was launched, opening the doors of this solemn organization to the global community.
Increased Thrust on World Peace & Harmony
In this new era, COG-IF places greater emphasis on World Peace and Harmony. Our approach begins at the individual and family level, extends to societies and nations, and ultimately embraces the World. Programs are being designed to strengthen this Mission, with active involvement from COG Families, as is evident from its strategic plan . Through these initiatives, COG-IF seeks to occupy its rightful space as an exquisite Organization dedicated to Humanity and Biodiversity, standing firm against the forces of division and conflict.
