Governance

COG-IF is guided by a Board of Directors and Officers who ensure that our mission remains true to its vision of Peace and Unity.

At the heart of our governance is the High Command, the legislative body that safeguards our principles and adapts them to changing times. The International Director Board oversees and coordinates the activities of all Chapters worldwide.

Each Chapter manages its local initiatives through C-HEART (Community Leaders' Implementation Team) and C-SONG (Students' Intergenerational Engagement & Sustainability Mechanism Groups), working in partnership with associated entities to promote community development and social harmony.

Leadership within COG-IF is not about authority—it is about Stewardship, Responsibility, Collective Harmony, and Mutual Support. Our leaders are committed to fostering collaboration and inspiring action toward achieving and sustaining lasting peace throughout the world.
